It may sound strange, but many brokers do not even take the time to visit your property and meet with you prior to obtaining a listing. Obtaining a listing and putting it up on a web site seems to be the goal of many….the more listings the better. While this “shotgun” approach may work in a rising market, this is not how Marinevest works. Once we have met with you, toured your marina, and performed our market analysis we will:
a. Develop a sales strategy unique for your property
b. Screen potential buyers so that time is not wasted with unqualified prospects
c. Assist in negotiations; playing as much or little of a role as you would like
d. Work diligently to keep the process on schedule
Buyer Brokerage Services
When you retain us to find you a marina to purchase, we would like you to think of us as your Director of Acquisitions. As such, we will:
a. Identify both listed and opportunities not on the market for your consideration
b. Provide independent evaluation of the opportunity
c. Make offers on your behalf and assist in negotiations as requested
d. Arrange for third-party due diligence from reputable companies
